Ripoff

I got this green card in the mail and it sounded to good to be true. So i called them and let them know I had no money they talked me into it I figured 299.97 for at least 5000 I could deal with if i got the info I needed. It never came and now the phone number is always beebig noise. Now I've loast 299.97 that I could not afford, and we are broke now with no grants
