I ordered a watch more than a month ago. I received swift email with confirmation. I paid with Visa and the amount was deducted allready. As an answer to my several enquieries I received emails about delay and custom problems. After sending an unfiendly email I got a link to EMS China with a tracking code. When I filled in this code EMS gave the nessage that the code was not recognised. Watchez.com, who were quick to reply in the past remain very quiet now. I will try to get my money refunded through Visa services and luckily I still have my oyher 6 watches...
