This company is a bottem feeder. They send out reports to the credit reporting companys with out even having documentation to prove their claims. If this company gives you the same run around that they are giving me about a AT&T Wireless bill that you have never had or that did have and paid off, you need to send a registered letter to them requesting validation of debt.
Also file a complaint with the naca. Its is a consumers group. Also a complaint to the Attorney Genrals office in your state. You can find the e mail adress on the aboved mention web site. Do not talk to these people, contact by mail ONLY.
The law is very clear on on this and if they have repoted you and cannot prove it is your outstanding debt They by law have to remove it. Also you can sue them.
