These people took my down payment in Dec and have since failed to send me any materials except bills. I complained to the BBB and was assured by the school that they would send my materials and bring my bill up to date.
Never happened. I complained again and again and this past week was sent a note by them assuring me they were overnight airing my textbooks and I would get it by seven pm on friday. Nothing. Now I told them I want to cancel and they want to charge me a fee for cancelling althought they breeched the contract by sending Nothing to me. HELP!!!
