Zero Down Cash Cow - Moon Over Consulting Took payment, refuse to honor agreement! Ripoff

I placed an order for his Cash Cow Crash Course. Payment was taken (talked to my cc co and they confirmed this) but, I did not recieved the material or a refund of my money.

Stephane tried to back track out of it (the cc co has the proof that payment was taken).
