I noticed strange amounts being deducted from my chekcing account 2 times per week under a name I had never heard of, so I stopped access to investigate, lo and behold they contacted me then and threatened to come after me and my employment. I explained I had never heard of them and to provide proof of who they were and what I owed, because their company had already withrdawn several hundreds of dollars from my account, to which he told me absolutely not true, they never recieved a penny from me and I owe the payday loan still. I had my bank obtain transaction confirmation numbers for all the money they did in fact receive, and gave the guy the Bank Officers name and number for proof, but the guy took a week to call them only to leave a voicemail. I just received another threatening email from the same man this time calling me criminal and a thief and fraud. That they still insist I never made any payments towards the loan and if I don't pay up now etc... I am currently seeking a civil suit as well as class action against this company. Not only for breaking just about every Federal and State Law regarding fair collection practices, but for outright continuing to threaten and harass me even after the have been proven wrong by my bank. ANd for taking unauthorized amounts on unauthrized dates.
