I had a "surprise" transaction made to my bank account last week... These people took 49.95 out of my account without my consent. My bank gave me a number to call and when I did I was told it was for a payday loan and enrolled myself in a membership. I told the man to cancel my membership which I didn't agree to and refund my money. And I asked if it was for a payday loan howcome I never saw any money going into my account. Well this morning I went to take money out of the bank to take my child to the doctor and I couldn't b/c they took another 39.95 from me&the bank gave me 2 numbers to contact them with 888-433-4096 and 888-267-2169, when I called I discovered it was the same people that took money last week!!! Again I was told it was for some membership and they would send me a check in 30-45 days. How am I suppose to take my child to the doctor, and not to mention I incurred NSF fees from my bank of actual payments I made for rent etc b/c I was short $90 because of these unauthorized fees. I am so mad and someone needs to take legal action against them. If I had money for an attorney I would... I can't even take my sick kid to the doctor.
