I bought something from buy.com and couple months later, I saw my credit card was charged $9.99 monthly from this "great" company. And called the 800 number couple times and no live person at all. I think they just busy counting people's money. If you search on the intenet, you will finf this company is ripping off people who buy stuff from buy.com, cheaptickets.com.
Don't water your time to reach this company. Just call your credit card company to dispute.
