I recently purchased on line the new craze floam for the grandchildren. Athey give you not enough information and there web site is very deceiving. It cost me a lot more money than I wanted to spend. When I tried to call the customer service all lines are busy and have been for about 7 hours now.

I will not ever buy this stuff again. It cost me over sixty dollars, fourty more than I wanted to spend. They word it so you think you are just updating your order but really you are ordering the other also so you are charged twice and twice for the shipping.

I will go to walmart and get it. I think this is wrong and I think that everyone out there that has had the problem with them should get together and protest there web site. What do you think I'm not only upset about the price but now they are saying it takes 3-4 weeks to get it. I was not offered a rush service at all and how can you afford it now anyway when they charge you 19.95 plus 7.95 then when you update the order for what is advertised. It is another 24.95 plus another 7.95
