Ripoff paid a $31.95 to them on March 2, never received a check or a big screen tv

On March 2 I received a email from 5staroutlet claiming I haved been picked to get a 61inch big screen tv or a $2,100 check from them. Its been over a month and I havent got anything from them. I even emailed them to see whats taking so long to received the item but no responce and on there page it says they been around since 1993. There fraud!
