My son joined the DVD club and we have had nothing but problems! They billed us for DVD's that we did not receive. We filled out a fraud report. I sent letters and made phone calls and no one has done anything other than add late fees and turn us over to a collection agency!
I am certainly not going to pay for anything I did not receive. You can't get in touch with a person on the phone to talk to. You can only email them and if they answer you back that person doesn't know the whole story.
My attorney wrote a letter to the Membership Director and he didn't even have the courtesy to respond! Their customer service is very bad! I feel like I'm in a no win situation here. I don't know how this is going to be resolved.
