Unauthorized debit of my account in the amount of $159.95 ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

This ghost company debited $159.95 from my account without my authorization. When I called them up they claimed that I had applied for a credit card online and this was the fee. Although I did apply for a credit card, I never authorized anyone to debit my account for any amount of money. I work hard to earn a living and would like to be reimburse every penny that was taken from me.
