Usacs - Ladco Leasing - Colony1
Ripoff, fraudulent business practices, scam artists

I was completely ripped off. This compamy is a fraud. I feel that they should not be allowed to scam innocent people.

I was contacted over the phone, it sounded like a great deal.

I was to get a web store up and running, have a payment link that was going to allow me to accept credit card payments securely, then contact me via email that I had an order.

The site never worked, it was not at all what I was promised, I had to input all of the information and then the link never worked, I didnt get an email stating I even had an order. I had a friend go on my site and order stuff. He never got charged for the items, I never got the email. Then when I called for tech support, they said my 30 days free support was over and I now had to pay for the service. I was supposed to be in the top 10 search engines, that never happened. The only way to find my site was to keyin the name of my site.

I recieved a home creditcard machine that was "leased" to me so I could get orders at home. I thought I was paying for the website and the ability to except payments online. I found out later I was paying for te "lease" of the equipment. Then when I tries to return the equipment, I was told I would still have to pay for the rest of the lease, that it was paid for by ladco leasing and tht I now owed them over $4600.00 because they "paid" for my lease up front and the money I was paying was to repay the loan. I never knew any of this. How can the authorize ladco leasing to "pay" for my lease up front then charge me monthly payments?

I had to close my bank account, I sent back the machine. I discontinued my website. I now have a blemish on my credit report that I cant seem to get removed. I refuse to give these blood suckers one more cent!!!

Then they have the nerve, that for the last two weeks I have been recieving emails from another company saying they have taken over the merchant site and they want to help me make my site productive. I would have to have products already on the site, first I guess I would still have to have the site, then they would be able to help me market my site

I say too little way too late!!! I no longer have the site I even tried to look it up to see if it could even accessed, it can't.

Anyone with any ideas would be appreciated, thanks
