I called for my trial when I received it there was an indication that if you didn't cancel I would be getting more every 30 days. They inturn debited my acct without my permission

I too am a victim of Hydroderm.

I saw an ad on TV, free 30 day free trial.

I called for my free sample. When it arrived there was fine print on the shipping order that if I don't cancell they will send another every 30 days.

I called to cancell and they said I had to return my "FREE" sample. I told them it was false advertising and I am not sending it back. They told me I could cancell any future orders, so I did.

Next thing I know, they charged my checking account without my authorization.

I put in a dispute with the bank and they advised me to cancell my debit card & they will issue me another. What a lot of wasted time spent on "A Free Trial Sample.

They indeed are a RIP-OFF. False Advertising, Theft into my accout without my authorization. They should be shut down so they don't RIP-OFF anymore victims!
