Please foreard all your claims to them as a bond had been placed on your award and they will be responsible for handling and remittance of won prices and funds until your claim has been processed. Due to the mixed up of ome numbers and names, we ask that you keep this award from public notice. To begin your claim contact MR ALBERTO SERRANO, foreign operation manager of MUTUAL SECURITIES.
Then they ask me to fill out information and fax it.
Luckily I checked the internet before I did that and found this web site.
I didn't even enter anykind of lottery, but somehow I still won? Kinda strange huh. Also the envelope I recieved it in was a normal envelope with no return address. From correos.
