Well my fiance and I are both 24 we both had decent jobs when Arvind Patel asked us to work for him saying he would pay us better then our current job.
He said he would pay us starting in january and because we are honest good people we trusted him. We started working in october.
He also had a family of 7 working their the mother was the housekeeper and dad was the hadnyman. And they had five kids who he took out of their home and schools and moved them to delaware that was a whole diffrent school district.
Three days after the kids were enrolled in their new schools he fired them.
After he fired them we stayed and watch him fire about six more people with out paying them.
Plus we were the only people that worked for him for 15 to 24 hrs.
He told us we could stay for free and he would pay for our meals and he would still pay us in january all the back pay etc. Which we have because he wrote it all down on my note book. Well on dec 24,05 yes the day before christmas he kicked us out without paying us one dime. Because of him we were homeless and hungry for a month.
