They called me late one evening and was promising alot of stuff without fully letting me know the amount of money involved. I was only interested in one particular magazine but they promised alot more and when it was all said and done i owed over $1000.00 and i was sent a letter telling me that if within 30 days i decided i didn't want it then i could cancell without obligation. I did so but the manager anthony kept telling me and my mother that i couldn't do it but i had the letter in my hands and faxed it to them showing them but he still insisted that i could not do it he said i would have to pay a lump sum of $400 and have no magazines to get out of it... Yes sir! They are a rip off company... It is now 5 months later and i still have no magazines but am getting bills with late charges on them and hurrassing phone calls. This company is a true embarrassment to the working community. The person that is supposed to be a helpful customer service representative is a threatening rude bully and i would never have them working in my company. All of this has been going on since the first part of november and it is now the end of february and he is trying to tell me that it takes this long to get things moving but they want my money and tacking on late fees on top of it. I am still telling them to cancell and i have refaxed the guarantee again for the 4th time. I should start billing them for the hours it takes to agrue with them and the mental stress they are causeing.
