This company was selling a neon Busch Nascar sign on ebay. The price of the item was $9.99. I placed a bid and then saw there were two (not one) outrageous amounts for shipping. $135 and $129.
I checked with UPS, USPS and FedEx and the most it would cost is $65.
I went back on ebay and followed their instructions to cancel the bidding. This was to contact the seller directly as the "problem wasn't listed". I did so and now zmartshoppers wants a $15 restocking fee and refuses to cancel my bid. I've contacted ebay to no avail. I was told the seller does not have to cancel a bid!!!
I've reported zmartshoppers to the Better Business Bureau and to ebay. You are my last hope. Maybe others will read this first and not do business with them.
