A form sent with Notice of Assessment at top. Delivery ID#11566984 for $1,500, 000.00 at once or $125,000.00 monthly. Pay $2.75 check only. Why pay $2.75 for $1,500, 000.00! This is about the 5th letter I have gotten from 5 different scams. They need to be stopped!!!
