Retailers National Bank, Target ripoff opening fraudulent accounts consumer fraud ripoff

I applied for a Target credit card, but got no response. Soon after I got a bill for 570.00 for a card I never received. I called and wrote several letters but got no response. Today, over a year letter, I got a court summons saying they are suing me for the amount owed plus court fees.

I have read several rip off reports about this company and the way they handle their accounts. They need to be stopped. They even went so far as to send me a print out of all my "so called" transactions. All in a state that I don't live in.
