Read the small print on the OFFICIAL REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION, a bunch of bull indicating that "By sending your check, you are authorizing the payee to make a one-time electronic debit from your bank account. The electronic debit will be for the same amount as your check, no additional amounts will be charged."
