Ripoff The Company sent me a post card that said I was identified as a possible Qualifier for a government grant of at least 5,000 dollars

Tha company sent me a post card stateing that I was qualified to recieve a government grant of at least 5,000 dollars. They took money out of my checking account to cover the paper work. They told me on the phone that if I did not recieve atleast 5,000 dollars that they would refund my money.
