Ripoff told me I had Financial Aid Grant that I didn't have to pay back, no money would come out of pocket, then after the third class I began getting a bill from a loan company that I never applied for, they tricked me!

I was conversing via telephone in the beginning to see if I could qualify for financial aid, and was indeed told I was going to be receiving a grant that I didn't have to repay.in fact, I would have enough money to get a computer, books and tuition and not have any expenses out of pocket.

I completed an FAFSA Form and I guess the collage turned it over to what's called "ACS", because after being in my third Criminal Justice Program class I was told I needed to pay for the next class. They kept stalling with telling me when my Financial Aid would come through, my mother gave me money for my computer so I could start.

Then I began to communicate via email, so when I asked when my financial aid would be coming through I would have record of all of thier responses, which are all lies. They would say they didn't know what was taking so long, "it's coming through" "just be patient" I have evidence of these manipulating emails, I will continue working with legal advice, and look forward to a class action suit.
