Ripoff sent by mail that I won a large amount of money and to send 20 dollars for list. I am a senior retired person and do not like ripoffs of the old

I am a retired fixed income senior citizen and therefore a target for this type of ripoff. I hope the gederal Government step in and prosecutes them for mail fraud.
