Folks, in my opinion Davison Inventegration has some serious lack of character issues. This is the letter I wrote to them just yesterday. I have taken out some of the letter for privacy reasons. Folks, they are misleading to say the least. The phone call mentioned in the letter happened because I left them a message stating I was done with them after I received some information from a third party.

Dear Christopher Ebner, (one of 800 Directors of New Products)
I have decided to not pursue my invention idea with Davison Inventegration. I have already begun the process of seeking a provisional patent for my invention with a reputable attorney.
Although I do appreciate the phone conversation we had today, January 19th, I only wish you had been as detailed and specific when our first phone call back a couple months took place. I specifically remember asking you if I would ever pay anything outside of the $685.00. You specifically said no and proceeded to assure me that Davison covers all other costs including design, marketing, provisional patent, etc I repeated my question and you again affirmed that this was a one time cost.
I don't know whether that was direct or indirect on your part. Your answer to me was It's in the paperwork. That answer is exactly why I decided to stop interaction with Davison. It is your job (or the job of the many Director's of New Products) to fully explain and communicate to ensure the consumer knows all costs, risks, etc I'm not sure why Davison has a multitude of complaints filed against Davison with the US Patent Office and FTC but it is disturbing and uncomfortable and they all seem to have the same issues I had.
Since no services were rendered on your part I am demanding my $200.00 which you already collected refunded to me immediately. Lastly, I am keeping all paperwork with Davison listed on it and expect that my invention idea is kept strictly confidential. The provisional patent will be another protective assurance that it is and was my idea. I appreciate your time.
Sincerely
