To all online students and to whom migh concern,
I've been told that if I continue emailing this Phoenix University online professor she will add my name to the harassment list. This situation can happen to you so be careful.
I have every printed copy of email and letters to testify this.
I was taking online course for an MBA. When I started I thought it was going to be easier, no driving etc. With this motivation nothing will disturb me. I was wrong and to late to know it.
When the class ended I received an F. Yeah, I might not be the best writer, but I did turn in the work. Well, that was the beginning of the case.
After communicating with the advisors I was told to email the professor. When I did she said that the grade was final. I send out a second email saying that I will proof that I turned the work. She replied: "if you send another email I will add your name to the harassment list". Well what know?
With that said I started talking with some other people that no longer work there and those were the advisors that I had at the beginning. It was frustrating.
The assignments were two. These assignments were created and send. One of these items I could not retrieve because my computer crashed and I lost that data. Second, I did.
After a year long and being blown of couple of times; they said yes we found the data for that assignment #2. Also in addition to this, one of the advisors admitted that the system can delete "infected items" and eventually lead to disasters like this.
They change the grade, to a D. Do you think that I should file a law suite? Is there any way to win a law suite? Before anything do you think you can win?
