Ripoff MYDV Took too much money out of my account for 2 PSPs Still not received goods after placing order on 14/11 Have i been ripped off too?

After placing an order for 2 PSPs, MYDV took out 368.87 from account which was more than what they quoted. I am dreading my next phone bill, as my daily calls to them are frustrating and long to various other countries. These people are programed like robots telling me that there is a delay in dispatch.

I do not know what to do, do i live in hope for a miracle that my two little boys will get what they asked santa for because by the time the bank sorts out this problem, santa would have been and gone. THANK YOU MYDV for the stress and misery you have caused since the 14 nov.

I bet your children won't go without this christmas.
