Unlimited Performance Products (aka) Unlimited Products, has taken too many customers for a ride. I called first and then sent in an order for parts on October 10, and as of today December 10 I still do not have parts.
The company signed for the registered letter and returned it to me, so I know when they recieved my order. This company will not return calls to you, and they refuse to let you speak with anyone superior to the manager. For over a month, either I or my wife have called about my order and no one seems to know where it is, or even if they are working on it.
Finally last week I was given a work order number and told that it was 75% finished. A week later now I am told that they don't know where it is at, or when it will be sent out. I asked for my money back, and was told it would cost me 33% for a restocking fee. How can you restock what you do not have?
I asked to talk to the manager, and after getting nowhere with her, I asked to talk to her superior. She told me no, and would not give out any names of her superiors. The manager told me that she would call me back by the end of the day, and once again it has been two days now and no phone calls. The "I will call you back" thing is a common practice with this company. You will not get called back!!!
