Gosh it has been a year now and Elsie Vega still hasnt paid me my money back which I'm still waiting on. She sent the Business Bureau a few letters talking about how she keep sending me checks and I wont cash them which is a lie, because like I said before why would I not want to cash a check.
She never sent it out in the 1st place thats why she keep making up more lies and excuses to get out of paying me and all her other complaints she has against her.
Elsie A Vega the owner/sales associate of www.urbanbungalow.net is still given me the run around. She emailed me a few times last week since I reported her here only because of me reporting her to the Bureau. She said that if she owes me she will pay me back and find out if the virtual checks she claim she sent where still not cash because she keep claiming she sending them and she goes to her bank and they keep telling her I wont cash it thats just full of crap she needs to pay me what she knows she owe me and stop trying to get out of this because you cant Elsie if you are reading this now.
She has not made an attempt to solve this issue, but ignore my responses, still not picking up the phone during business hours, and not responding back to my emails. Also Elsie Vega has a live customer service chatroom for customer complaints and more but she hasnt even been in that chat since i reported her here. She been hidden out and not answering any of her customers calls.
Now look what time of year this is its going on Christmas 05 and she still hasn't made a attempt to pay me anything back at all. I lost in the 100s of money with UrbanBungalow.net and for the people who been ripped off this time of year by Elsie Vega its just not right what Elsie is doing to her customers and plus this is not a good time to be ripping people off a lot of people have lifes and a family to support then to be getting ripped off around the holidays.
