I was contacted and everything sounded legitimate. I was told no monies were due upfront since I explained I could not afford to pay any monies. I was assured nothing would be debited and they would take the fees out of the deposit and I would be receiving a package. Since then, they have debited my account for those fees and no package has been received. I have tried to call the customer service number, continue to be on hold and have been unable to talk to one of their agents.
