This guy who along with members of his family operate "Santa Clarita School of performing arts", formerly DBA "John robert Powers", Santa Clarita, Laguna Hills, "Beverly Hills studios", He "Michael" had been convicted on 36 counts of Federal crimes of Wire Fraud, Mail Fraud, and transportation of stolen property across state lines.
Michael Josten served time at Terminal Island Federal Prison. They "The Family" used to sell phony commodity securities. The scam that they operate now seems one in which they can get away with more easily, there's no S.E.C. To investigate them. I know of real industry people who have been contacted by Michael and asked to give a phony testimonial about attending his school, and making it in the industry.
Fortunately these individuals have good character, and would not get involved in his scams.
