I sent in all of my information exactly as specified. I sent in 4 rebate requests for $75 with return receipt documentation. One rebate got processed, the other was denied because they claim it was not sent in during the correct time window, and the other two were lost.
As with other victims, I called this morning and was told that I needed to resend all of the information, even though I could prove that I sent it in appropriately.
I had a nice long conversation with each individual I spoke with. I made sure that they understood that they worked for a company that makes it their business to deny rebates, and rip of decent people.
I will resend this crap again. If I have a similar experience to what is being reported by others, then this is most likely only the beginning.
I understand there is a class action lawsuit being filed against Inphonic. I would like to be part of that process if anyone knows any more.
