In june i contacted davison Inventigration from a tv ad, as well as online website add, offer to help make ideas into reality.

With hopes and dreams of having my idea made into an actual working full scaled model of a prototype. I truley believed it would better the life of my family and myself as well as other consumers for me to produce my idea.

I 1st spoke with a Kathy Woodard as the director whom step by step walked me through each and every process, whiched seems so legitimate down to the finest details. She called repeatedly as promised and even sent post card reminders of our next discussions about my idea.
Initial deposit amount was $685.00 for their services which would consist of their legal fees to investigate my idea and make sure no other already exits, then they came back with a contingency offer to produce the item, packaging and presentation of the item. I submitted a hand drawn depiction of my idea.

Sept of of 2002 I was asked to sign and forward a production sample presentation agreement which consists of these options.

1. $165.00 us dollars per hour plus expenses
2. $14,265.00 us dollars and originally agreed upon 10% of any future royalties as ontained within the Contingency agreement.
3. $12,120.00 us dollars and additional 5% of any future royatlies assigned to Davison
4. $9,975.00 us dollars and and additional 10% of any future royalties assigned to Davison. (this was my option)

This paragraph of page 5 of 8 also states that this section 3A will be kept in strictest confidence from all parties, including the development staff of Davison??? As i understand this would cover any and all other costs to produce item, supply, presentation, and packaging.

Turns out all they sent back to me was a lousy photo of some TOTALLY DIFFERENT ITEM, this photo wrapped in plastic on poster boards and that was IT!!! Plus I had to pay $80.00 for the patent apllication. I could go on and on about this.

I saved every stich of paperwork from them.in the end I refinanced our home to make this dream happen and I am utterly devestated, We had lost our home in the process of making this happen. I would give anything to get back what was stolen from from us.

If anyone can help, please add me to any lists pertaining to this awful company. I will gladly supply any information to an attorney, media intersted in handling this affair.

I will send this to the FTC, Attorney general in PA and the BBB.
