On October 12th, we recieved e-mail from Mr. Zawa stating he was a business mogul who wanted to purchase an invention from Richard Johnson called the BUG OUT DEVICE,
Next he said that he had gone thru all the features and based on advice from his financial and marketing consultant that he wanted to purchase the bug out device at $25,000, 000.
Then on Oct 15 he wrote and based on my conviction in the strong market potentials, i have settled for outright buyout, and if this is ok by you let me know so i can prepare a draft agreement for your preusal and signing after which the modus of payment would be decided and adopted.
Here is the first plan from Mr. Zawa, that said that your payment will be handled by a specializwd security company the reason been that the Thailand government in Bangkok is against huge capital movement and the government is against investment on foreign invention like yours.
So for saftey reasons the fund would be boxed in 2 trunk boxes and airlifted by a security company to their corresponding office in canada, As soon as you recieve and confirm your payment i would join you in Lancaster for the final take over of the patent. As for now keep the transaction discreet, then you go and open a bank account and send account number and your $25,000, 000 will be deposited in your account, keep everything to your self.
Then he wrote my fax machine is undergoing maintainance so i would advice you scan the signed agreement and send it to me via e-mail attachment immediately so we can proceed immediately.
Then he writes i would make arrangements to pay your money into the Siam Commercial Bank Bangkok and the bank will effect the payment thru their corresponding bank in canada as soon as the bank recieve confirmation of the fund transfer from the Siam commercial bank in Bangkok they will contact you for your fund transfer, as soon as you have recieved and confirm payment i will join you in the US so that we can go to the patent office to close the transaction.
Then he wrote this is the name of THE Bank called Depository Finanical services Toronto Canada

Then he wrote as soon as you contact them tommorrow whatever is hapenning between you and Mr. Freeman please update me and remember as soon as you confirm fund reciept i will join you in lancaster and proceed to the patent office
Then Richard got the bank account and fax them over to Mr. Zawa, on Monday Morning October 24th Richard got ahold of Mr. Freeman and told him everything was done with the new bank account, then Mr. FREEMAN dropped the bombshell he wanted $85,000 Before anymore transaction would be done he wanted the money,
Well as you can imagine there was no way to have that kind of money. We have no money to our name. We have been married almost 34 years and never had any money so the chance of getting $25,000, 000 was a dream come true and we truly believe with all our hearts and all the e-mails between Mr. Zawa we really wanted to believe it. It was our dreams for us and our children.
I was finally going to get my beach house on the coast that has been my dream forever. Richard would never have to work again because he is 57. He has Rhuematoid arthritis and i have been in and out of the hospital 22 times in the last few years for heart problems and take 12 medications a day. Our two sons are both to be married in May 06 and we already planned their dream weddings,
Mr. Zawa kept on saying richard was being difficult and he should do what Mr. Freeman wanted. He was telling us that everything depended on us.
When Richard told Mr. Freeman that he couldn't come up with $85,000 he then asked for 60% Richard said no again and then Mr. Freeman asked for $900.00
Needless to say our dream went up in smoke and to this day Mr. Zawa is still contacting us saying they can work something out. We have closed the bank account we opened for this transaction. We really believe this because if you called the number they give you they say that their is $25,000, 000 in your account.
I knew it wasn't right but i could not believe GOD would have such a cruel joke pulled on us. My faith is really being tested because i cannot believe god let this happen. I cannot believe their are cruel cruel people out there. He broke our hearts and the hearts of our kids. We are nice people we wouldn;t hurt anyone in the world we cannot understand why anyone would hurt us.
