They did not service my area and did not tell me that, but I had to pay a deposit and have not recieved my refund in Over 7 weeks. Ripoff

I was wanting to switch phone companies and I saw their commercial, so I decided to switch to them. They did not tell me or ask me what phone company I had to. The phone company I had was Sprint and they did not tell me that they did not service Sprint customers.

Well I was told I would have to pay a fee of $59.99 to get service, so I went down to a Ace CHecking polace to pay that which cost me additional charge of $6 dollars and some change, well I called to get my phone number after 5 days of calling they finally told me that they did not service my area and that I would be sent a refund that was the first week of September and here we are almost in NOvember.

I am tired of getting the run around, I know that you cant get me my refund but I dont want this to keep happening to people. So please hepl and do something.
