Ripoff, they tried to scam me by saying i won over $3,000, 000 but i had to send them $20

LVAAP sent me a letter saying i had won over 3,000, 000 dollars but i had to send them 20.00 first. I didnt send them the money because i looked them up on the internet and found they had scammed many people. I would like for them to be caught and stopped. Thank you
