Ebay and internet fraud, wire fraud, bank fraud, credit card fraud, usps mail fruad, receipt and possession of stolen merchandice, interstate transportation of stolen goods, conspiracy to commit fraud against a us company, trademark infrindgement, corporate esponage, illegalconversion of assets, extortion, blackmail, cohersion, intent to commit a felony, sabotage, rico - racketeering, cce continuing criminal enterprise, bugulary, grand theft, state and federal income tax evaision, copyright infringement, idenity theift, inpersonating a corporate officer in the furtherance of a crime, anguish, libel, slander, deformation of charactor, infridgement of intelectual property rights, and the mastermind of the destruction of a us company - terrorism.
I want to know why people are still selling my stolen Energy Wellness machines on eBay. These criminals are Nikolai Ogorodnikova who recently stole another 175 machines from me and I believe his son Matthew Wolfson is also helping him sell these machines (though he denies he has anything to do with this - I don't believe him) and I also believe Peter Gajic is living with Matthew as his co-conspirator and he is in the country illegally from Yugoslavia (though Matthew says he went back after I fired him and Matthew, and Nikolai for stealing from the company, over a year ago) As his sponsor to America, and after paying him very well - just as I did the other two thieves - his thank you to his American business owner was to rob him blind, thus loosing his sponsorship and suppose to go back home. Not only are they selling them illegally on eBay, they are destroying the lives of all my distributors who loosing their customers, and their sub distributors, because they are undercutting the lowest wholesale price (of course; there's no cost of production for them).
This has been going on as far back as and it has been a constant war trying to police eBay and find out that they're up to again. Because that kind of price slashing kills my company every time it happens, which is almost all the time. You act as a giant advertising telling the world that Energy Wellness is totally messed up because my one time employees are showing everyone that they are the ones with the machines, I don't have any, which is true - and I can't believe that they could do this to me so many times, and blatantly brag about how clever they are by selling it to everyone involved in Energy Wellness around the world, with your unintended help. They are making fools out of you too, because you kicked them off twice before in but now they are back, and look what they are causing:

What the hell is going on here??? I see EnergyWellness units that Nikolai admitted he sold, being offered on EBay at around $1,350.00 in a "Buy it Now" section. I have lost 4 sales to date as these purchases were made from Dr. Wiedershine patients directly on EBay rather than through him at $2,995. He was purchasing them from me for his patients until they saw the units "New" on EBay. He called me and was very mad as to ever. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing and then lies about it. Matthew said you were now out of EW and on to real estate and other ventures. He, Matthew, was supposed to get things back on track after discrediting you. I have sent in two EW units for repair. One was only sent back this week. Neither one has been returned to date. I have purchased two new unites for $2,500, I now see that anyone can get a new unit, guaranteed by EnergyWellness, for about $1,350 each, on EBay. Great little company you have here... Please call me to discuss the return back to me the repaired or replaced two defective units and to tell the truth regarding this new mess that smells like the old mess again. Or is it screw Jack some more time. I hope this time you can get me either additional unit for this fiasco to make up for the lost sale, the judgments and the defective units returned. I am due either a refund or unit price adjustment and the return of repaired and returned units.

This has to stop! These people's actions are criminal and for the record nikolai was convicted of esponage, against the united states and he spent 6 years, 6 months and 6 days in federal prison. Why isn't he being deported along with peter?
This goes back November when I saw my machine on eBay for $990.00, $760.00, and $500.00 if you bought 100 of them. It cost more than that to manufacturer them!
How can you allow your eBay system to allow millions of dollars of theft by ex-spies against our country, to now find a new way to try to destroy us - corporate espionage, internet fraud, mail fraud (if a customer mailed a check or money order to them), credit card fraud, wire fraud, interstate commerce fraud, impersonating a company - they tell people they work for, or they are my company. And, yes we have written cease and desist letters from my lawyer numerous times - wrote to everyone in Energy Wellness all over the world (1,000 Energy Wellness Centers around the world) (See: www.energywellnesscentre.net for the dozen in New Zealand).
And all they do is leave that group and go on eBay over and over. This is truly an act of terrorism and sabotage - yes I am doing real estate, I'm funding the purchase of a $9,000, 000 building to be used for a data center, it's the first out of 60 they want me to fund, because Homeland security wants to decentralize our countries data, because when the terrorist like these three hit the twin towers we lost a huge amount of data stored there.
Yes, I gave $2,500, 000 in phone cards to Dannion Brinkley from Compassion in Action/The Twighlight Brigade for our wounded soldiers and dying veterans in the hospitals who fought for our country and gave us the freedom we have today, and no one remembers them as they lay alone dying in a veterans hospital alone and unappreciated. Except, maybe on a day like today; Memorial Day Weekend. They fought against people like Nikolai, and now he's still killing our hero's - using your eBay system to do it, because I don't even have the money to print those veteran phone cards now, they are selling all my machines they stole, illegally on eBay. And, instead of Energy Wellness earning $100,000 to $200,000 per month - the assassin of American capitalism are still doing their evil deeds, creating more havoc and harm than anyone could realize. How many of our American veterans will die because of them, without making that last call home, eBay?
I own the trademark "Energy Wellness" and "Energy Wellness Center" so that is trademark infringement, and violates my intellectual property rights. I own the copyrighted Operating Manual and the Research Guide that comes with the machine, so that is copyright infringement, besides grand theft and interstate transportation of stolen goods of 175 x $2,995.00 = $340,125.00. This is a much smaller theft, since last time they stole 500 to 700 machines from us according to audits of our production and sales records. Valued between; $1,497, 500.00 to $1,896, 500.00 which is in the ball park of $2 Million dollars.
Here's eBay's History With Energy Wellness:
On November 18 we discovered someone by the name: old_radi0_guy & normvogel (not suspecting Nikolai or Matthew at the time) was selling our Energy Wellness machines on eBay (See: exhibit A). On August 12 a series of emails went back and forth between Beth who is selling my machines as greatsoluions4u, and someone she said had multiple eBay accounts selling Energy Wellness who was threatening her, with all kinds of intimidating hostilities (See: exhibit B), a person who had different emails from different accounts, pretending he was someone else. On his last email after she reported him; he used the same account "the other person" did and he signed it Matthew, and slipped up.
That email was [email protected] and she knows the other ones, though I'm told that now, Beth is supposedly selling more units than she is supposed to have according to our records of legitimate units she purchased. We have not yet been able to verify if this is true or not, e.G. If someone has been supplying her with machines from the stolen inventory.
If you give me a fax number I'll fax you faxes which I've saved.in fact I can forward you 100's of emails over the last 4 years of my distributors from all over the world with similar complains (See: exhibit C) just like Jack's above. It's been a never ending battle, and takes more energy, time and effort, lost business, destroyed relationships - Jack got so mad at ME - he did a charge back on his credit card, from a charge 6 months ago, to recoup his money for Matthew and Nikolai.
In an effort to liquidate the stolen units Nikolai recently - again played one of his filthy old tricks - he contacted our customer, someone I sold a machine to, and told them to do a charge back on their credit card (he makes up a reason why) which debits the legitimate companies bank account, and then he sells them the machine at 1/3rd the price. He tells them he can get it cheaper, as shown on eBay, and he'll have them go look; and they can buy from him direct (at the price shown on eBay), without any bidding.
I told you Nikolai was convicted of espionage against the United States, but let me quote The Washington Post in an article about him titled The Loser In the 26 years that followed the war, he committed four burglaries and seduced a girl when she was drunk, landing him in prison for a total of 14 years.
In the last six months Nikolai's schemes produced so many chargeback's from our regular customers and authorized distributors that we lost our merchant account, it has placed severe financial hardships on the company and created all sorts of problems between us and our customers.
Apparently, eBay is their main mechanism for marketing my stolen inventory, both by sales over eBay and directing people to look at the low prices they can offer. They have taken one of the greatest innovations in the history of commerce and marketing (eBay) and perverted it into a mechanism to commit crimes of the most perverse kind. Seduced a girl when she was drunk, landing him in prison, landing him in prison, landing him in prison, landing in prison; for 14 years.
This is sabotage and conspiracy to commit fraud against a US company, let alone all the threatening he does whenever I let them know I'm going to the authorities, the coercion, extortion, blackmail, and in fact this pattern at least fits the RICO statue (racketeering) and CCE (continuing criminal enterprise) as well as being the mastermind in a plan to destroy and work feverishly against US commerce.
Why does the INS in Los Angeles allow Nikolai Ogorodnikova to wander in our street causing 100's of people to suffer from is acts or terrorism? Please send me an email address to send you the reality and enormity of it. My company probably won't survive now, they have 150 or so stolen, machines left, I have none.
They tell me they have $1.5 Million dollars cash and if I do anything against them they will have a battery of lawyers and fight back. Than they start the threats, of how they will lie about anything they can think of (a common practice for them) set me up, report my truck as stolen to get me thrown in jail, and other childish and incredulous things. If they weren't the cause of such total and constant larceny, they would appear as clowns.
Well this may not an easy thing to do for tough guy Matthew - from a prison cell, because the one person who has been keeping me from going to the authorities, and who believed Matthew was telling the truth; when he called and said he didn't ever sell machines on eBay or otherwise (though people sent me $170,000 in cancelled checks made out to him, that I collected one time, when I had a moment to investigate what was happening). He really had everyone fooled, and he played everyone for a sucker as well.
He's such a convincing liar - and even with that evidence he's still denying it, as if that will convince anyone. So his one time protector is not going to keep me anymore from moving forward with prosecuting them - the theft of the recent 175 units, the lying about saying they shipped the units to Russia (the ones on eBay just magically appeared the 3 we gave one of them doesn't cover dozens of them.
It seems everyone knows about selling the stolen units on eBay - those 4 units that Jacks customers bought is 4 out of how many? 100's? So the last person on my list is
Jaimie777, who sells a lot of them and he did have a lot of legitimate machines, but the numbers he's selling just seem like it's about three times what it should, and therefore I am planning on asking everyone including your auctions or anywhere on eBay to stop selling Energy Wellness, and tell me how I can get an accounting of how many of my machines were sold and to whom. I have no choice but to ask them to return these stolen machines, which we'll be able to tell, which is which, because of the serial numbers.
For almost 4 years now my legitimate distributors would hear of someone selling our unique product on eBay, way under the market, and they complain they're destroying their business. You think that maybe it's someone selling an old machine, but every month or week my company gets this angry and distraught call from somewhere and that becomes the main function of your business, this ongoing arguments of how can this be sold so low on eBay, and are you're cheating your distributors - yes that's what happened with us the last several years because of this company (eBay) I have a massive robbery and the terrorist and saboteurs and just plain thief's steal beyond belief (beyond belief for another reason I'll say in a moment) and my distributors start fighting with me and the staff, thinking that the company itself is now undercutting them, and being the cause of that is very sadistically cruel; and there has to be some kind of law that covers mental torture, to add another charge to their long list of criminal acts.
And lastly the reason that these criminal are so despicable is that my wife who owns half of Energy Wellness is Matthew Wolfson's mother, and Mr. Tough guy doesn't steal from someone that would seek to turn him in to the authorities immediately, he's so tough that he can only steal from momma. And he has just about killed her and broke her heart, and he acts like everything is fine, and brags how much money he has saying he's the western head of sales for Eli Lilly and that's why, he has so much money (is that an illegal act - can we tell Eli Lilly about his, because he has this whole story that he can't tell anyone where he lives because he lives with the son of the owner of Eli Lilly in their compound surrounded by an electrical fence and guards, and they are grooming him to be a bigger wig than he already is which is his cover story.
But that 's for someone else, from eBay I would request that you help me contact everyone who bought a machine and help me get them back and please remove all Energy Wellness other than the one I plan to put up as soon as possible, as it is critical that the field see the real company on eBay and not some imposter, who tells everyone that he's the company and I'm out doing real estate - if he has his agents with an eBay Presence than that too will be used to continue the deception.

These last three skilled con-artists are world-class actors and lying thieves. Every time we try to get going after first the theft, the threats start up again, then the blackmail, the extortion, lie after lie. As great as a company as you are the ability to utterly destroy a one time productive company should be noted. I am hopeful that you can give me an entire accounting of everything belonging to Energy Wellness that was sold on eBay by these organized criminals, and do what ever you can to help me retrieve my possessions.
You could give my friend the expenses to email a query out to everyone in his database requesting the return of Our Little Company's Energy Wellness machines. That would do the trick he has, Over 400 million opt-in email and postal records, the largest repository of database in the US. That would be wild, a reverse auction return the Energy Wellness units, that were stolen, and you bid for; and bid something to the mother with a broken heart. You see; why I was so foolish to be robbed so many times by these crooks and hesitated to turn them in until now.
Because my wife is Matthew's mother, and this poor sick demented psychopath, has done this to his own mother. So let's have a reverse return item bid a bid of compassion maybe.
