Ripoff victim of retaliation, harassed, discriminated in wages, age, race, religion, & disability. Violations of company policies

I was employed with the company for 19 years. (1984). My problems started in 1994. The following incidents took place:

* I filed a workers compensation claim after I was injured on the job. (un-loading a truck). The claim was denied.

* Caucasians were hired and paid higher wages, than minorities.

* The store was guilty of many violations of company policies, which I reported.including the improper removal of asbestos during the store remodel. (I reported to OSHA).

* As a Supervisor I was assigned clerk duties, given rotten hours, denied requested days off, vacation time/sick days.

* I filed an internal complaint, which later I sued. 2003 I was terminated. Case is yet pending in court. I need an attorney, Public awareness & support.
