Filled in all of the forms for two rebates. One for $100.00 and one for $75.00. Sent them in and waited 6 months. They sent me a letter stating that I didn't include the Guide to Wireless Service.
I called them and asked them to fax me a copy because I wasn't sure what they were refering to and I had included a copy of the Wireless Service agreement. I didn't have any other forms to send in.
They said they couldn't fax me a copy after 30 days from date of purchase. How was I supposed to know it was the wrong form until they notified me? If they wait 6 months to notify me how could I possibly contact them within 30 days?
I called the rebate company and at first they said they couldn't help. I asked for a supervisor. The put me through to Cherrie or Jennifer. They said to call back within 2 weeks and they will see what can be done.
I don't trust them. If they come through with the rebates I will post a message stating that I got my refund. But until then I don't trust them. They make it very difficult to contact them. They hide their numbers and their web site is a big run around. (Inphonix)
