I got a call from one of the representatives and they took down all of my information. They told me that they would DEPOSIT $800.00 into my CHECKING ACCOUNT. They took out $197.00 on MAY 24th.
I got everything they sent me. I looked it over and then I gave them a call and told them that I want to cancel and they said ok. All I had to do was to send them EVERYTHING BACK TO THEM and they would REFUND me back my $197.00 back into my CHECKING ACCOUNT.
So far I have not RECIEVED MY REFUND THAT THEY HAD PROMISED ME. I sent them back everything on OCTOBER 19th by US POSTAL MAIL as PRIORITY. That was over 1 year ago.
PLEASE HELP ME. I need the money because i am on disability and i recieve direct deposit from social security. I have made several attemps to call them, but their number has been DISCONNECTED. I have emailed them many times but no RESPONSE BACK FROM THEM. What should I do.
