Warren Lee,
Owner of Creative Car Consultants located at 1225 W Beaver Street, Jacksonville, Florida is a scam. This company supposedly negotiates the pricing and financing of a new vehicle so all you have to do is pick up your new vehicle from the dealership. I gave Mr. Lee a personal check as a down payment.
He assured me that if he was not able to negotiate the deal that I would be reimbursed the $2500. Mr. Lee was not able to produce a vehicle, and he refuses
to refund my money. I have filed a small claim suit and also have filed a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This company is a rip-off and everyone needs to know.
