There are currently 2 lawsuits against Dana for fraud, forgery, credit card fraud, etc. One case is The State of Rhode Island vs. Dana Lawrence case number N2-0069A. Detective Gerald McKinney of the Rhode Island State Police has been assigned to the case and Maureen Keough of the Attorney General's Office is the prosecuting attorney.
Dana will appear before a judge in the Newport County Courthouse (Murray Judicial Complex, Washington Square, Newport, RI) on Monday, August 15th in the pre-trial for her criminal offenses.
