Well win a prize. 400$ check and I can pick some other prizes and from that price they were going to reduce the 400 so I picked a laptop pc for 900$ so I was paing only 500$, I sent 25.00 $ to receive the laptop pc but in the first letter that I received there was a method payment a Lay-a-Way payment so I decide to pay that way sending 25$ a month but in that letter I never saw that i would receive the laptop until I pay the full amount and there is no phone # to call them it only has the hours I can call but not the number so I think they just stole my 25$.
I have read on the internet about sweepstakes fraud so I don't know if thats true or not and how can I get back my 25$ if there's no number to call them.
