USA Credit Card is a scam, no ifs ands or buts. However, your bank can get your money back. USA Credit withdrew it electronicall; your bank's fraud team can get the money returned electronically. The money had to go somewhere after leaving your account. Your bank traces it and has the funds restored in a matter of a few days. If you are a Wachovia customer, you can have this done through the bank's "Lost Management Team" at 1-888-647-3648.
