After all of the bad experiences. Today I called the Federal Trade Commission and filed a report. And for some strange reason Service Magic called me and said they resolved my problem. Can you imagine that! Did the FTC call them? I don't know. If the FTC can establish a wrongful pattern they will probably go after them. Does Service magic only do business with the big companies, and dip the bank accounts of the small mom & pop companies? Use common sense, and you be the judge.
