Milligan's is a home school supply house where you call in and can get caps, gowns, diplomas, etc. For home schooling, I recently ordered some material from there and the customer service was terrible! They even misspelled the stationery and they are a stationery store! The spelled it stationary on my invitations! It takes an act of congress to get through to them and when you finally do, they've either lost your order or shipped it somewhere else. What a waste, don't spend your money there.
