I have been fighting with this company for at least two months. I call them, they take the charge off the next month, but then add it on again at the same time. My husband downloaded a music program 3 - 4 months ago & this charge of $49.95 started showing up. I didn't catch it until April
I have talked to two different people when I call the number & each are very cooperative & assure me the charges will not show up the next month. I have contacted my credit card company each month, but since they don't monitor my charges, there is nothing I can do about getting them to help without changing my card number.
I am going to notify the Better Busines Bureau & Attorney general's office in Florida which is where they are supposed to be. If anyone has any ideas on anything else I can do, please let me know
