Ripoff Taking $9.00 per month out of my account for something I do not know about and did not knowingly sign up for and have never gone to this site

I noticed a couple months ago that there was suddenly this charge of $9.00 being taken out of my account without my knowledge of why or what it is for. I feel this was done without my authority somehow. I know I am not the only one who this has happened to and I would like to see it stopped.
