I just recieved a yellow mailer today. I am not gullible but I've been taken a few times. This one however was pretty transparent. A cash option for payment and absolutely no contact information.
PLEASE go to USPS.com and go to the bottom of the page to the link for postal investigation. You can file a complaint on-line. I didn't get taken but I know many of you have. The postal Service can't do anyting until they have enough reports to establish A pattern.
