I got my bank statement and noticed the charges to CIC Credit Monitoring for $9.95 of which I had no knowledge of nor gave permission for either.
I then called them to have the charges reversed and was told that they couldn't do that. I then told her (Leann) that I wanted this account cancelled effective today, May 26.
She said, she would cancel it. But, I won't find out if she did until I get June's bank statement.
Then I told her that I wanted a reference # for this transaction and she told me there wasn't one. Then she gave me her ID#63092 and verified her name as Leann.
Now, I have to talk with by bank about this and having the charges taken off my account.
